Entity Dip & Buff Essentials #2 Base Refill - Dip Powder Liquid
The second step of Entity's Dip & Buff liquids. The #2 Base Coat is a medical-grade resin brushed on for precision and minimal wastage, ensuring fast drying time as well as full absorption of the Entity acrylic dipping powder. The air seal wiper on the neck of the bottle helps to prevent premature thickening.
PLEASE NOTE: Available in 15ml and 60ml refill size.
