Top Coat is the 4th step required in our Dip Powder application process.
Ingredients:Ethyl-2-Cyanoacrylate and Polymethyl Methacrylate.
PLEASE NOTE: Bond, Base Coat, Activator, Top Coat are needed for the Dip & Dap application. Igel has updated the bottles recently so the item you receive may differ to the image above. The liquid inside remains the same however.
